About Me

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care that meets each client where they are. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the unique complexity of every individual’s lived experience.

With training in the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, somatic processing, and trauma-informed care, I help clients navigate the emotional barriers that trauma and life stressors can create. My work is centered around building genuine connection, encouraging personal autonomy, and supporting clients in reclaiming their sense of freedom and emotional safety.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel free to show up exactly as you are, no filters, no expectations. My goal is to help you find your voice, improve communication, and form healthy, meaningful relationships, both with others and with yourself.

Whether you're seeking support for relationship issues, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, or simply want to feel more connected and whole, I’m here to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

The Heart Behind My Therapy Practice

I am no stranger to therapy myself, having navigated my own trauma and mental health challenges throughout my life. I know firsthand what it feels like to sit with a provider and not feel heard. I also know the deep impact of working with someone who offers true presence, compassion, and space to grieve, learn, and simply be.

These personal experiences have shaped the way I show up as a therapist. I strive to create a space where you can bring your whole self, without judgment, and know that nothing you share is “too much.” I understand what it’s like to grieve a loved one or a cherished pet, to face relationship struggles, to watch mental health affect family members, and to carry anxiety that no one else can see.

When you step into a session with me, my hope is that you feel safe, seen, and free to show up authentically! Knowing that your story, in all its complexity, is welcome here.
